The Queen Victoria is located in one of Sukhumvit Roads best known sois and provides solace from the razzmatazz atmosphere of the nearby Soi Cowboy.
The emphasis is on serving good food and drink with a broad range of draught beers and ciders offered as well as local and international wines and spirits in addition to a full range of bottled beers. The extensive kitchen ensures the food is of the highest standard.
 The pub is exceedingly commodious with three distinct areas. The bar features a large bar for sitting and gossiping as well as tables for dining: there are several televisions showing different sports channels. Outside, in front of the kitchen which can be watched, is an outside area highly sought after by diners and drinkers alike on balmy Bangkok nights: needless to say this area also provides smokers with refuge from the smoking ban that applies inside. Then there is a mezzanine floor above the bar which is ideal for private events. Successful functions catered for include wine tastings, birthdays and special quiz nights.
 This traditional pub is run by one of the best known pub managers in Bangkok. In over twenty years in the Bangkok pub business Peter Street has already run two landmark operations: Bobbys Arms in Patpong which was arguably the first real pub in this great metropolis and Chequers in Sukhumvit Soi 4, one of the first pubs in that soi.
